Freedom, as defined by Justice Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr., hinges on the laws of the land to avoid anarchy. Rooted in divine design, freedom comes with an obligation to maintain individual integrity and avoid causing harm. As we celebrate our independence, we must remember the cost of freedom – a daily commitment to goodness and righteousness. With God's blessings and grace, our nation flourishes. Furthermore, the freedom that Jesus offers frees us from the law of sin and death, that’s the Gospel!
