Like Psalm 73, Psalm 74 is a lament, but this time, a corporate one. It laments the state of the people of God in ancient Israel when the temple was destroyed. In it, we can hear the voice of Christ, the temple which his own people destroyed, and we can give voice to our sorrows and struggles with the sad state of the church in our time. We also hear a word about resurrection!
