Social Media Influencer Guideline: What is said in the guideline?
In June 2022, guidelines were issued regarding strict ads, including social media influencers and celebrities. Now the information is wrong or any information is hidden, both of them will be covered under this guideline. It states that if advertising is being given, then it should not be claiming other people's claims. Nor will you have to put any pressure on the consumer regarding this. Misleading ads in every format and literature are banned under the new guidelines.
