My favorite song in 2020 was tis the damn season by Taylor Swift. So when a therapist asked, "Where do you want to start?" I had no answer. I listen to music about my problems, not talk about them. It's Christmas. I am George Bailey: melancholy, self-loathing, trying and failing to accept he'll never have the life he dreamed.
