Arguably, one of the biggest threats to security are the people who wish to do no harm. These are the people in the hallway, your employees, your managers, who think they’re just doing their jobs. One wrong click and they’ve opened something they shouldn’t have, and it’s almost always not their fault. It’s for this reason that Michael Crandall views training and education as paramount in improving cyber risk management in companies. The good news is that people are starting to listen.
