Navigating loss with her support system inspired Chinasa to explore more deeply how or to what extent organizational leaders are creating spaces to support those they lead who are experiencing loss of all kinds. The ongoing pandemics and the ever-changing contexts exposed the need for even more of these critical dialogues to occur.
