A pleasure to chat to Janet Devlin who's career has gone from strength to strength from the age of 16.
She has toured with Russell Crowe in Australia, came 5th in X Factor in 2011, been on TV, and had her music played on BBC Radio 2 as just some examples. I find out all about those events and what it was like and much more in the interview.
Janet tells me about her new song 'Best Life' which is out now (November 2024) and what inspired her to write it. She tells me about her past addictions and alcohol and mental health problems which are reflected in the song, it's a fabulous track and please take a listen, I didn't play it because she said she gets upset when she hears it back.
She has some very good advice about social media content for musicians trying to be successful which I know will be of great value.
