Catie Lawrence is a dedicated realtor, real estate investor, and Airbnb Super Host who transitioned to real estate full-time after leaving her W-2 job in September 2021. This decision allowed her to focus on building a life she loves, leading her to relocate to Fraser, Colorado, where she now helps clients find their ideal homes, whether in the Denver Metro area or the mountains.

Since starting her real estate investment business, Happy Homes Ltd, in 2015 with her husband, Catie has flipped, renovated, and rented 11 properties, including managing both short-term and mid-term rentals. She is passionate about helping others achieve financial freedom through real estate and is committed to assisting clients with their real estate needs, from buying and selling homes to managing investment properties.
