Michael is joined by his wife Miranda to talk about the 1966 film by Sembene Ousmane, Black Girl. This film shows the plight of a Senegalese girl hired on as a nanny by a French couple, but things are not as rosy as they appear at first. They discuss race, cringe at some monments, and Michael goes on a diatribe about the filmaking on display.
