What are habits? They are something that starts with a trigger, and then develops into regular patterns.

How are your current habit supporting your goals?

Are there some that are keeping you off track that you can modify? Today, think through your current habits and look for opportunities for small shifts for improvement.

Remember - keep it something similar to your current routine, don't change your entire world - or else it won't stick!
