This is such an amazing story because it illustrates that when we have found something of deep value to us, we will pay any price to acquire it. That also means that when we’re not willing to pay for something, we don’t fully understand its value or how it will benefit our lives.
Today's thought comes from Matthew 13:44-46 (TLB) which says, 44 “The Kingdom of Heaven is like a treasure a man discovered in a field. In his excitement, he sold everything he owned to get enough money to buy the field—and get the treasure, too!
