What does it mean to you to be a good girl? Or a bad girl? I’m sharing with you how it has limited me in the past and what I do to break it. These labels have rules and in my experience these rules have limited my potential.
In this episode I share my experience with these labels and why I believe we must deconstruct what they mean in our world for two reasons:
- Because my worth is not defined but these labels, I was born worthy and I am worthy of feeling and being who I desire to be without rules
- These labels can limit how I ask for help and how I support myself in business and motherhood
