In June 2019 I decided to see what would happen if I stopped drinking alcohol for a while. Nearly two years later and I'm still going. After a lot of reflection, I realised that the timing of this decision has been life-changing. I believe I was in the position that so many people may find themselves in. This grey area before 'needing AA or battling severe addictions problems ' while at the same time having a feeling that things could get worse and a hope that they will change. In this episode I share a bit of my story and why I think space ' Before AA ' is sacred.
