This episode focuses on the internal and external factors that influence decision making. Business leaders need to be cognisant of these influences when trying to be strategic in their approach to decision making and realise that these influences impact on decision rationality (i.e. making the optimal decision)

To discuss this topic we talk to Chris Black, founder and CEO of Fortress Financial Solutions. Chris is also a current board member with the Toowoomba Chamber of Commerce and St Saviours School. He is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, has been noted as one of the most influential financial advisers in Australia by the Financial Standard, has lived and worked in the UK, is an alumni of USQ having completed a Business and Commerce double degree and, Chris tells us, most proudly a husband and father to three boys.
