The aim of meditation is to shift our awareness of the self from the physical dimension to the subtle. In this space, the soul experiences its true self and unites with the Supreme soul, the Source. In order to maintain this awareness and stabilize the self in its eternal truth, the soul becomes an observer who can see all thoughts but can choose to engage only with those that holds him in his eternal truth.
In this mediation, we will explore and experience the power of remaining on the “highway of inner silence” while being aware of thoughts or “exits” that may take us off track or delay our journey to the eternal truth of the soul.
