Approximately 70% of all senior executives are considered Alphas, making them an integral part of modern corporations. The term "alpha" derives from the first letter of the Greek alphabet (Α, α), symbolizing dominance in a given field. Attaining the top position necessitates possessing a unique set of skills and qualities that are exceedingly rare. Note that we are not referring to the top 1% but rather the even more exclusive 0.01%.
