In today's short bit, we talk about the characters, the intro, and the meta information behind the show. We also briefly bring up #BlackLivesMatter. We will (for at least the next year) be planning to encourage and share black artists and content creators. If there's something you do that you're proud of please show us and let us know, and we will be more than happy to share you on our official page and our personal ones. This includes STEM, fighters, culinary artists, painters, digital artists, musicians, podcasters, dancers, and more. If you create or do something then please let us use our platform to share it, and allow your voice be heard. This invitation, of course, goes out to all creators, but we will prioritize black, native, Latinx, Asian, and queer creators for the next year. 2020 has been a rough year for all minorities, and it hasn't been any easier in the past. This podcast was designed to call attention to inequality and bigotry. Shining a light on how minorities can be treated poorly even in a society considered progressive and advanced. We are four (mostly) white, male presenting queers who grew up in Texas. If we personally didn't experience oppression or bigotry, then we saw it. We will do our best to put out Content Warnings for those of you that suffer from PTSD and other stress or trauma based issues. If we miss one please let us know, and we will be more than happy to fix or adjust it. We're excited for all of you to listen. We're still new to this and getting used to it, but we're getting better. Episode 1 is rough and we're aware, but Episode 4/5 are honestly worth it.
