Today I share my thoughts on how to live mindfully during every part of your day. Mindfulness is not just sitting still, meditating or practicing breathwork -- it's a state of being that we can experience through every category and moment of our lives. Whether it be through our morning routine, eating habits, relationships with people, how we work, how we exercise and so forth, mindfulness is directing all of your attention and awareness to the present. In this episode I share ways you can pay attention to your thoughts, habits and actions, and then actively change them (if they're not serving you) so you can show up more mindfully at every second!
