Pastor Matt continues our sermon series in the Gospel of Mark looking at Mark 9:14-32.
Faith, a radical dependence on God, must be lived out in a broken world (Mark 9.14-19).
It is not the amount of our faith that is key, it is the object of our faith (Mark 9.20-27).
Moments of failure in our walk with God are opportunities to drive us to a deeper dependence in Christ (Mark 9.28-32).
Though the fig tree should not blossom, nor fruit be on the vines, the produce of the olive fail and the fields yield no food,the flock be cut off from the fold and there be no herd in the stalls, yet I will rejoice in the Lord; I will take joy in the God of my salvation.
