It’s so important to practice staying conscious of our feelings so that we can learn to be conscious of our thinking. What we think, is where our focus goes, which means it’s where our energy goes, which means it’s what we are bringing into our lives. Since what we are thinking about also affects how we feel, we can understand what we are bringing into our existence well BEFORE it happens by paying attention and being conscious of how we feel.
