We are moving along day to day, week to week, month to month and suddenly the train stops! We have no more energy to give and we know we’ve gotta keep moving forward. Sometimes we’ve gotta dig deep, get scrappy, and push on. Sometimes we’ve got to stop, take a break and come back refreshed, or sometimes it’s a combo of both. Today, we dive into the million dollar question, “how do I stay empowered”? It’s a great question and I get asked it a lot, so buckle up as we spill the beans on staying empowered. Let’s go!!
