We are moving along day to day, week to week, month to month and suddenly the train stops! We have no more energy to give and we know we’ve gotta keep moving forward. Sometimes we’ve gotta dig deep, get scrappy, and push on. Sometimes we’ve got to stop, take a break and come back refreshed, or sometimes it’s a combo of both.
