Facing death in Indonesia but learning to live for now with Francois de Neuville
Manage episode 403467806 series 3425528
The first part of Francois’ story is a gripping account of his life changing experience in the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia. Losing friends there and elsewhere caused him to take the decision to accept his own mortality, live every day to the fullest, to inspire others to do the same and live their best life.
He advises seeking professional help when its required is one of the most powerful things you can do. But you don’t need others to keep validating your pain or to keep suffering. Everyone has pain and copes differently with learning how to navigate adversity, his way was to help others and write a book to share his extraordinary story.
