UCSB Chancellor Henry Yang is stepping away from his top role in June. KCSB's Robert Stark speaks with Henry Dubroff of the Pacific Coast Business Times about the instrumental role Yang played in creating an innovation hub on the Central Coast, his legacy and the impact he made in his three decades on the job.
