About relationships:
1. Focus on what you WANT the relationship to be like!
2. Learn the skills to communicate
3. Share those wants with your friend!
4. Remember the vision of the relationship is for both of you to (fill in the blank here! For me, it’s that we’d both thrive in Jesus!)
And when plans go south, my favorite perspective to go to is “Jesus you are in control! Help me trust you. Help me See things from your perspective!” (Which is easier when you’re reading his word morning and night- because you know him more and can have your mind renewed with his truth! Yay!!)
