But that’s exactly what Tresa Todd did. She left her comfortable job in the medical field (after a little nudge from her sons) after 25 years to pursue real estate wholesaling.
Years later, she has built one of the largest learning and networking communities for women real estate investors in the nation called “WREIN” (Women’s Real Estate Investors Network).
