It's definitely more dicey than I thought with the rules and penalties, but also seems like it carries a lot more power for growth on both sides of the situation... if you handle it correctly.

This is the last week of March so there's a little time left to change the rankings:

1. The United States, led by New York, California, and Illinois.
2. England of the UK.
3. Canada, with Ontario neck and neck with British Columbia.
4. Australia, with Queensland barely holding out.
5. Ireland, hanging in there for the long haul.
