George Saroyan and his wife Semana started a successful hummus business called Humana Hummus. They took a small tax return and invested it in their business, starting with selling hummus at a farmer's market. They received positive feedback and gradually expanded their business, eventually getting their products into stores like Albertsons. They emphasized the importance of listening to customer feedback and being willing to say no to opportunities that don't align with their capacity. They also shared their faith and how it guides their business decisions. Despite the challenges, they have seen growth and success.
