Today we’re discussing how there is no ‘right way’ to do anything! As a self-proclaimed recovering perfectionist, I have struggled with this and often see clients struggle with this as well.
Most of the ‘rules’ you are playing by, are made up by you of what you think you are or aren’t supposed to do. But this is only holding you back!
