Julie shares her initial reactions to the clients distressed feelings and eventual path of response NOT being what the client initially requested, but something else entirely. Julie explains the ‘why’ behind that decision and what happens afterwards which opens up a story and journey of empowerment for the client from Julie doing very little to almost ‘nothing’ in response to the client’s initial distress.
