Kristin Falkner is a 3rd generation owner and first female President & CEO of Server Products, a company that makes portion control and point-of-use holding equipment to the foodservice industry. Falkner is the visionary behind Server’s strategy to be an innovative manufacturing company, and in December 2019 was named as one of BizTimes Milwaukee Notable Women in Manufacturing.
In this episode of a recorded webinar, Kris shared stories about how she became a leader of a multi-generational family-owned business based in Southeastern Wisconsin, the obstacles she’s encountered along the way, and how she significantly grew her company while learning how to become a better leader.
