On episode #493 of Inside the FLX we're talking with Geneva Mayor Steve Valentino about a busy May meeting, which featured a vote to spend more time working through the proposal to regulate short-term rentals there, as well as a number of other issues that appeared on the agenda. We also got the Mayor's perspective on a series of developments that are happening, or expected to happen over the next two years in the city. Properties like the former DeSales high school and Madia's market, the latter of which was destroyed in a fire a few years ago, will see major changes and Mayor Valentino hopes its a continuation of some really promising development in the city.
