RJ Spina is a metaphysical teacher, author and speaker. In 2016, he became permanently paralyzed from the chest down requiring emergency life-saving surgery. He was simultaneously diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, hypothyroidism, autoimmune disease, and autonomic dysreflexia.

After being told he would be unlikely he walk again, he spent 100 days in hospital following a self-led series of meditation and visualization practices that healed his body in remarkable time. In his new book - Super Charged Self-Healing - he shares what he did and how the same process is helping thousands more overcome chronic conditions.
