Compassion is a huge part of infinite love and I am excited to share this guest with you today, whose life’s work is to bring more compassion in people’s lives.
Gissele Taraba has two Masters, one in Epidemiology and another one in Social Work. She worked in the not for profit field in leadership for over 14 years and is a mother of two beautiful children. She is a trained counsellor and is also a trained mindful self-compassion teacher. Under her leadership, she has successfully taken teams that were considered dysfunctional and assisted them in becoming flourishing and compassionate teams.
Gissele are co-owners of Maitri Centre for Love and Compassion. She and her husband offer one to one sessions, and workshops to individuals and also work with businesses to increase the amount of compassion at work.
