ETHICS OF ENDING RELATIONSHIPS AMICABLY {BREAKUP}- IGNORANT OPINIONS PODCAST - EP15: MIDEVA CYNTHIA
Manage episode 324332021 series 3288549
ON this episode Lox De Chiz and Mideva discuss the ethics of ending relationships amicably . IGNORANT OPINIONS IS A KENYAN PODCAST SHOW THAT COVERS ISSUES FROM ENTERTAINMENT, LIFESTYLE AND ANYTHING ONE CAN HAVE OPINIONS ABOUT. #podcast #relationships #breakup Don't Hop On To The Blame Game Wagon This is the first and foremost rule of an amicable break up. Blaming each other for things gone wrong should be last on your agenda unless of course, you want a lifetime of bad blood with the person. No? Good! So take full responsibility of happenstances (which is not the same as taking the entirety of the blame on yourself). Taking responsibility means being able to answer all questions from an empowered place of choice, rather than from a reaction to the situation. Responsibility is the willingness to recognise the fact that you're the cause in the matter too so instead of getting angered or feeling disdain, absorb the situation and let go of it slowly. Never let your emotions drive you through a break up. If you feel the need to show anger or vent your feelings, do so with an alternate support system or maybe a therapist. Back and forth of toxic or corrosive emotions with your partner will only make matters worse and pull you to the ground
