On Episode 13 I’m joined once again by
Malawi born artist: Angelo ONE3
It’s been a whole year since he was last on so we briefly catch up before getting into a deep breakdown of the lyrics for his latest track “PTSD”
In which he explains how he was held at gunpoint at aged 10 back in Malawi and how he seen a man get killed in front of his own children.
As you can imagine the trauma from this and other events which we talk about ultimately left him with Anxiety, Panic Attacks & PTSD
He explains what that was like and how he’s dealt with that pain over the years in the hope that he can now help others who have, and are still going through traumas like that themselves.
