As we are spending more and more time in quarantine some of us are starting to feel Isolated in a way that is bringing out our feelings of loneliness. So I wanted to discuss ways we can feel connected by doing our Inner work and communing with Mother Nature. By creating a daily practice of Spiritual Hygiene we can learn to hear our own inner guide and wash away feelings, energy, and emotions that simply do not belong to us. Listen and be transformed.
