This episide of Historically Speaking Sports, host Dana Auguster talks with fellow Sports History Network Podcaster and author Joe Ziemba about his new book "Bears vs Cardinals: The NFL's Oldest Rivalry"

The Cardinals and Bears once shared and competed for headlines in the "Windy City" from the Late 1910s to the late 1950s. Ziemba shares stories, facts and stats about the Bears/Cardinals rivalry that is one of the cornerstones of NFL history.

Later in the show we will once again send a solemn shoutout to a paif of NFL legends, Bud Grant and Otis Taylor who passed away this past week.

Also in the program is our top five where we celebrate the anniversaries of some of the most memorable moments in sports history. This week in history, a riot broke out over the suspension of a hockey superstar, the retirement of a baseball legend and a two-word fax that turned the sports world upside down in the mid 1990s.
