I've hosted many seminars and have been a coach to many aspiring entrepreneurs - young or old. This episode is, unfortunately, going to be a rant about the many students who have come to me for help.

There's a common point about them all that gets me frustrated and it's their inability to stick to their goals. Most of these people have brilliant minds. They have big ideas and come to me, telling me that they're willing to do whatever it takes to make their dreams come true. I pour all the knowledge I have learned into them to help them.

I call them a week later and they have lost all momentum and drive. Why? They simply didn't put in the effort to start. It's really easy to be inspired and aspire to do something but actually putting work into something is different.
