How do I start if I don't have a property or the funds to get one?

Because, this is the Group HOME business...obviously you need the actual house first right???

WRONG

2 years ago Terence was just a young guy scraping by with a passion to help his community.

He did invest in some of our PRODUCTS like the Gold Course and our Coaching program, but after that, he did not have much left to invest and definitely not enough to a purchase a home.

He followed our instructions to the letter, started networking with local organizations in desperate need of landlords (or FUTURE landlords) like himself willing to work with his clients.

By doing that, he built up enough confidence in himself and his future business that he was able to find a few struggling landlords tired of making a measly $200 per month on their rentals (in a good month) to work with!

They saw all of the legwork he had put into the business so far and he was a pro at answering all of their questions about the biz.

It was clear that he had done his research, had referral sources lined up, and was going to be successful at this so it was an absolute no brainer for these landlords to strike a deal with him!

Fast forward 2 years later and Terence just opened his 5th house using this strategy!!
