Not only is the brand good for the planet, being made out of 100 % recyclable paper and sustainable bamboo, but they also donate 50% of their profits to build toilets, to help the 2 billion people without access to proper sanitation. Danny talks us through the thought process behind building such a bold and humorous brand, and what they did in the early days to stand out when they didn't have a marketing budget. He also shares what they look for in candidates when hiring new team members. And how they're able to keep the whole team aligned with the ambitious mission that they've set for the next 30 years.
