For today's episode, I talked to Transformative Life-Coach, Christy Simmons. Christy has faced certain challenges in her life that many of us would hope to never have to deal with. She grew from the pain of these traumatic experiences and eventually changed her whole outlook on life. She is now a Transformative Life-Coach and Motivational Speaker.
