Mixed Culture with Kelly Clow is an actor and comic genius. He is Executive Producer and Founder of the Mental Worx Theatre Company and the owner of the Nine and Numb Comedy Troupe. Now living in Tampa, Florida, he returns to North Dakota annually to produce and direct Halloween performances of The Rocky Horror Picture Show in Grand Forks and Fargo.
