Responsibilities of an Asset Manager

• Underwriting assistance
• Capex analysis assistance
• Create property business plan
• Manages the asset management tracker
• Project management, which is the renovations
• Create the reports and all the emails or the communications that go out to our clients
• Listen to the experts that are doing the project and doing the renovations, managing the units, and talking to the tenants.
