Oktoberfest is celebrated starting in late September, but local craft breweries are driving economic activity all year-long!
Dr. Nathan Palardy, assistant professor of Food and Resource Economics, joins us for this episode to share his knowledge on how the craft brewing industry creates jobs, drives foot traffic to other local businesses, and more! We'll also discuss his research into how different changes in policy can impact craft breweries sales.
