After that, we can help you throughout the build. We are on job sites weekly for the six new builds we are working with right now. We keep an eye on them to make sure everything is being done the right way, from the process of negotiation to the design center all the way to closing.
The best part about our service is that it costs you nothing. Our commission is paid by the builder, as they set aside a lump of money for that purpose alone. It will cost you the same to build a new home whether you have representation or not. Better to be safe than sorry.
