In order to be prepared to handle the specific challenges of the 21st century, managers and leaders need to adopt a modern mindset. This is what 21st-century leadership entails. This approach is based on the behaviours, abilities, and traits of effective leadership that can only be learned and cultivated by diligent study and training.
