➡️ If you haven’t already finished the first 🔟 Challenges go back and work on the missing action steps. Catch up on this Challenge later.

➡️ Set Up two-three 3-Way Celebration Calls

➡️ Complete a 10x10x3 for the day:

- 10 new conversations (Say hi... dive a bit deeper into shallow conversations, ask questions....Keep the convo open until they say it’s done.)

- Add 10 new FB Friends

- 3 Daily Posts (1 B/A, 1 Gratitude post, 1 Inspiring Post)

- 4 Facebook Stories (Infuse your personality- your cup of coffee, your cubicle, your dog, a quote, your daily steps, an exercise routine, a pic w/a co worker)

➡️ Pick up the phone, call and CONNECT with 1 person, share with them your story...PASSIONATELY 🔥 w/Enthusiasm 😍 and Excitement 🤪. Let them hear it in your voice, see it in your facial expression and hand expressions. Ask them if they know of anyone who may be looking for better health to send them your way (watch, catch and CHANGE the #CHATTER that might spring up from this....
Use all the mindfulness training we've been providing. "Is this thought serving you? Is this an above the line thought? Is this thought helping you move closer or further away from your goal... If you're going to create a story that doesn't serve you, change it into a story that DOES serve you. #DIA. Practice and take action)

➡️ 3 video texts of gratitude

➡️ Reach out to 1 potential coach of your list, call, video message, text, or meet in person and tell them WHY you think coaching would benefit them and explain WHY you think they’d make a great coach. Show your passion 🔥 and enthusiasm 🙌🏼 for this gift. Tell them that you TRULY do think it would be amazing for them and that they should look into it at minimum then and ASK them if they’d be open to EXPLORING it.
