Who gets to decide if you’re important?

This week I explore why knowing your own importance matters – and what happens when you don’t know how important you really are.

This episode is for you if you’ve ever wondered whether you’re ‘good enough’, been told you’re too much, been the ‘good girl’ who has looked to others for validation, outsourced your self worth, or ignored your own body, mind and needs.

Uplevelling your self importance has absolutely nothing to do with arrogance, comparison, superiority, or your ego. It’s not about taking yourself too seriously.

This is about…

How you show up

How your body feels

How you think and feel

What you pay attention to

How you honour others

It’s time for you to dial up your level of self importance, trust yourself more, and discover more impact and joy.

This one matters.
