As a Sensory Perception and Emotion Management Strategist, Kim Korte calls herself the Emotional Chef. Her book Yucky Yummy Savory Sweet – Exploring Emotions Through Familiar Flavors helps people better perceive and understand the nature and utility of their emotional landscape.
