Never Assume Why Your Employee is Underperforming

Sometimes when it comes to managing employee expectations and underperformance, we as employers can overlook very simple solutions and overcomplicate the process, all while unintentionally alienating the employee. Employee issues are not black and white.
More often than not, it takes some digging to uncover the underlying issues that are causing your employee to underperform in their role. This week’s episode of the Entrepreneur to Employer podcast is about dealing with an underperforming employee- never assuming the reasons why.
